Yoga and Meditation
Tony is a certified yoga teacher and the creator of "Native American Spirit and Yoga", which unites the practice of Yoga with Native American spirituality and music. He presented this class for 6 years at Miraval Resort in Arizona and shared as guest faculty at Kripalu Yoga center in 2010.
Native American Musician
Tony is an accomplished World-Beat percussionist. During Tony's youth, he was exposed to Afro-Cuban, Latin Rock and urban soul style Conga Drumming in the San Francisco Bay area, and continued to pursue other African based rhythms which he later fused with his Native American Flute, Voice and Drum music. As a World percussionist has performed and recorded with the late Vince Welnick of "Grateful Dead", late Ruben Romero on "Native Flamenco" album, Snatam Kaur on "Heaven and Beyond", "Reunited".
Native American Spiritual Coach and Inspirational Speaker
Tony Redhouse serves as a traditional Native American practitioner & consultant to Native American communities and behavioral health organizations utilizing Native American art, dance and music to inspire and heal lives. He provides one-to-one sessions spiritual coaching with individuals to bring simplicity and clarity to life transitions, goals and healing.
Tony Redhouse is an extraordinary Native American speaker and spiritual teacher. Mr. Redhouse brings a personal, positive and provocative interactive presentation to inspire all types of audiences. Native American Drumming Circle
"Returning to the Healing Heartbeat" is a fun, spiritual, interactive workshop for all – no experience needed. When Drums unite as one pulsing “heartbeat,” participants are astounded at the Harmony their group will experience.
Traditionally, Indigenous People Use the ancient sounds of the Voice, Drum and Flute as authentic expressions to create ceremony, tell our stories and celebrate Life. Using Drums, Mr. Redhouse will guide participants back to the simplicity and beauty of their unique "heartbeats" as individuals, and then they will experience the sound and vibration of Harmony as all the Drums unite together! Tony will teach the attendees a Native chant using Drums, dance and voices during these interactive exercises that will allow them to energetically feel the uniting of intention as a group.
Mr. Redhouse will share the importance of following our heart's "beat," which opens our lives to become vulnerable and free to soar with joy which is our natural birthright! He will introduce the following learning objectives:
- Identifying the 4 human aspects in their "Circle of Life" and how they create personal balance.
- Understanding the vital role of personal balance in creating group or Universal Harmony.
